Default pointer

When working on an Excel spreasheet the pointer is a "plus sign" (+) in stead
of an arrow. Can I change it to an arrow? If so, how.

Thanks, Gino

This is default behavior when hovering over the cells area.

As far as I know, this cannot be changed.

It should change to an arrow when you move away from the cells area onto
column/row headers, scroll bars, sheet tabs or up onto the Menu and Toolbars
section.
