We want to share a worksheet with hidden columns but prevent the other user
from being able to unhide the columns. Every protection scheme we have tried does not prevent the next user from copying the range including the hidden cells to a new file and then unhiding them. |

Excel is not a secure platform form. Do not put any data into a spreadsheet
that you intend to be kept confidential. Some security is easier to defeat than others but ALL of the security can be bypassed. To answer your specific question the only thing you can do is to keep the info that you are currently hiding on a seperate worksheet. Hide that sheet and then protect the workbook. That is a bit more secure but certainly not foolproof. -- HTH...
