Default How do I create an IF formula with 2 logical tests

hi
you are a tad short on details for a definitive answer. for example...
what happens if.....
yes with positive value
no with positive value
yes with negative value
no with negative value.

let's as we have yes/no in A2 and negative value in B2

=if(and(a2="yes", b20), "good", "bad")

supply some more details please for probably a much better answer.
