Default Insert Comment

Each time I open the Insert Comment text box my name appears in the first
line by default, how do I get rid of my name?

Hi,

In Excel 2003, this gets picked up from:

[Tools] - [Options] - [General] Tab - [User name] field.

You may explore similar option in Excel 2007.

From Tools menuOptionsGeneral In the username field leave a space..
