Default Moving a row in a pivot table

I am trying to move a row in a pivot table. I should be able to click on the
data under a field and drag to where I want but I have to select the complete
row in the worksheet. I have the field setting to manual already. I can do
it for columns but not for rows. Another person can open the file and do
this but my computer will not allow. Is there a setting in excel somewhere
that would cause this. We both have the same version of excel.

any help?

thanks.
