I am looking for the Tools Group so I can convert to Range...How do I turn on
the Tools Group? |

Hi,
The best way to add subtotals is to use a pivot table - Data, PivotTable .... However, the quick and dirty way is to choose Data, Subtotal... -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
