Default download to be able to save files as CSV in Excel?

Clicking Save As in Excel 2002 does not give me the option to save as CSV so
I guess I have to download that ability but I can't find it.

Basically I want to convert a column of words in Excel to a text list with
commas in between without tabs or paragraphs.

Thanks,
BrianH
