Default Link to access database

I'm using Vlookup in Workbook 1 to find information in Workbook 2 which has
over 51000 rows in Excel 2003. The data was originaly in access linked to an
oracle table.

Three data fields have been concatentated to create a lookup in workbook 2.
i.e.
A B C D E
1 MI 48 101 MI48101 5.00
2 MI 48 201 MI48201 5.25

How can i do a direct query into access to get the information in Column E?
