Macro won't run
I have several macros assigned to buttons on a worksheet, and when I sent
this worksheet to a colleague, he could not run the macros. It gave an error of "could not find," and went into a debug mode. When I saved the document to a share drive he could not run them still when opening off the share drive. Other people are able to run them and I obviously can, but this one person can't. I went to his computer and verified that he couldn't. His security is set to medium so he is given the option to enable macros. Still nothing. |

If you go back to the pc that has the troubles, try rightclicking on one of the
broken buttons. Click on the Assign Macro option and see where it points to. It sounds like you have to reassign them to the current workbook. What kind of buttons are they and how did you copy that workbook? I can't remember having this kind of trouble with buttons from the Forms toolbar and copying via windows explorer. jtimb wrote: I have several macros assigned to buttons on a worksheet, and when I sent this worksheet to a colleague, he could not run the macros.
