Default How to convert excel data for DBaseIII applications eg Avery

Avery label software says that Excel can be saved in DBASEIII format, but I
have not found that option on my Excel 2007 version.

That note from Avery was created before xl2007 was developed. xl2007 doesn't
support this.

Incase you have Visual Foxpro installed; import excel file from FoxPro.
