Default Export messages to Excel

I'm using Outlook 2003. I've exported a series of messages to an Excel file.
The columns (fields) are Subject, Body, FromName, FromAddress, etc.

But there are some missing fields, particularly Received Date/Time, Sent
Date/Time, etc. Is there a way to export these fields?

Thanks.

Sorry, I intended to post this message in the Outlook list. Please ignore
(unless you're familiar with Outlook and have a suggestion).
