Default delete an invalid macro name

2 macro names are listed in the macro window, but they don't exist. They may
have been created in a very old Excel version and later removed. I am unable
to delete the names in the macro window ("reference is not valid") or in VBA
(they aren't listed). Is there a way to remove them from the list in the
macro window? Excel 2003.
