Default excel 2003 scenario manager

does a scenario summary report update automatically if the scenarios are
changed? if a new scenario is added, is it added to the current summary
report? or do you have to create a new scenario summary whenever the
scenarios are changed?

The Scenario Summary report is static, and shows the values at the time
you created it.

If you change the scenarios, you can create a new summary, and either
delete the old one, or leave it as historical data.
