Default Last Cell Reset Command- Built In

In Excel 2003, someone wrote an Add-In that cleaned up empty formatted cells
and reset the last cell. It worked pretty well. After upgrading to Excel
2007, or using different machines, it is a hastle to repeat the process of
locating the add-in, enabling it and getting it working. Please consider
providing a built-in feature that resets the last cell to the cell between
the last populated row and column.
