Default Excel 2002: Auto Filter Sub Total formula

Hi,

I wish to sum up the filtered data by using =Subtotal (109,E6:E125) but it
returns with #VALUE, may I know how to solve this problem ?

Is this formula only can work with Excel 2003 and later version ?

Any other way for me to do this in Excel 2002 ?

Thanks

Low
