Default Excel color pallet rearranging?

I have a workstation with office 2003. In excel, i color some of the cells
with a color (lets say a blue in the bottom left on the drop down), when I
send the spreadsheet to someone else, it is a different color. Now when I
reopen the spreadsheet, the bottom left color (which was blue) is now a
different color, and that different color is what the cells are. It is kind
of confusing to explain, but its frustrating having to constantly change the
colors.

Thanks
