Default PowerPlay for Excel Add-In

I've automated Access-to-Excel, and in Workbook_Open added
simple formatting code (Column Width & numbers).

The Excel file has PowerPlay for Excel installed as an add-in.

After running the Workbook_Open code, a MsgBox appears with...
"Workbook contains PowerPlay for Excel data but the PowerPlay
for Excel add-in is not installed. The workbook will be opened
with PowerPlay for Excel information removed.

The User has PowerPlay for Excel installed on his PC, and when
he runs Installation, that places about 8 VBA procedures w/ XML code.

Any idea why either the Access-to-Excel automation OR the simple
formatting code in Workbook_Open is "un-installing" the add-in
PowerPlay for Excel??

TIA - Bob
