Default MACRO TO LOAD AN ADDIN

It seems like my collection of macros in an addin takes quite a space in
memory slowing down the system processing time. Is it possible to have an
addin be loaded or opened and unloaded or closed with a macro so as to be
used only when required?

Thanx
