Default How to create "stop lights" as drop down box options?

I cannot do the colored circles but how about selecting the cell color from
a drop down to produce your red, yellow or green? There is actually a value
in the drop down-colored cell but it is formatted the same as the cell color
for each selection, therefore you don't see it.

If that will work for you I can post some code that lets you do that, along
with some fairly simple instructions. Or send you a workbook.

The circles are beyond me, sorry.

HTH

Howard

Trying to create a drop down box in excel but don't want text or numbers
as
my options -- wanting red, yellow and green filled circles. Can anyone
help?
Thank you!
