Default date format problem

When I am opening dbf file in excel 2007 , some date is showing as
04/01/2009
04/01/2009
20090423
20090425

So how I can convert all the date into same format 'dd/mm/yyyy' format
Please let me know

With Regards
Pol

Default date format problem

Try this....
Select the column--From menu..Data--Text to Columns..Next..Next will bring
you to the Wizard Step 3 of 3

Then select Date option button and select the format you require. MDY or DMY
as required . Hit Finish..

If this post helps click Yes
