Default Pivot Table - Hidden Data

Hello

I have got a pivot table showing today's transactions by account number.

I found that say an account has three receipts for £500 then it will be laid
out like this

Account No Account Balance Tran Amount Tran Type Unique Ref
12345A £4,000 £500 Q 123
Q
124
Q
125

What I would prefer is for the transaction amount to be shown for each
transaction.

I can make this work by putting the unique reference before the transaction
amount - however when I do that I cannot get the transaction amounts to be in
order

Any ideas?

Thanks
Beth
