totals
a1:OK. I have set up a workbook to see how long i work for.
The colum is in the format of hh:mm wehn i put a =sum(a1:a5) if i work say 10 hrs per day i would have worked 50 hrs, but this returns 02:00. For every 24 hrs it then starts at 00:00 agen. David |

are you trying to add hours, or times? 5 hours + 5 hours = 10 hours, but 5
O'Clock + 5 O'Clock doesn't compute |

Got it.
What i was trying to do was add a list of total times together. Say i worked 10 hrs a day for five days i have work a total of 50 hrs, whn i did the sum below all i got was 50. The way to do it is to Format the celss as (Custom) as [hh]:mm "Marvin P.
