Hi, i was wondering if someone could help me i know how to create a
pivot table showing a year to date, for example i have example of wat i
want my pivot table to look like however i am struggling with the year
to date figures.

I can create pivot tables easily for each indivual month e.g
october/november/december via a report filter, however i want it so if i
select March as the month, it adds all the figures up from the start of
our fancial year(november).

So March year to date would add
December + january + Febuary + March 08/09

Now i would like it so when i change the month figure to January it
would only add up to
December + january 08/09.

I can do everything else fine.

I was orginally going to use an if statement.

Hi

looks to me as though you have saved an XL2007 file in 97/2003 format
All Pivot Tables have been lost.
Also, where is the source data.

the data should of been in sheet1, but iv not included it because of the
size, the other sheets are just examples of what it should/will look
like.
