Default Using Lists in Excel

Using Data Validation dropdown list.................yes.

Download a sample workbook from Debra Dalgleish's site.

Note that you can have the selections in an adjacent cell or in the same
cell.

As written it creates a comma delimited list of selected entries.

The Drop-down list contains say 20 names - I can only select one name from
the list, which populates the cell. I want to select multiple entries.

Please explain???

Do you mean like a check box where you can select between 1 and all of the
items on the list?

When using Lists in Excel, is it possible to allow multiple selections from
the drop-down list?
