Can anyone explain how to conditionally change the text colour in a
spreadsheet - for example show negative numbers in red and positive numbers black ? Many thanks. |

Select the cell.
Click on Format, Conditional formatting. next to Cell Value is, click on the dropdown, and select Less than. In the adjacent box insert a 0 click on Add Select your font colour Click on Add, change Between to greeater than, and repeat. one other way without conditional formatting
