Default Change Text Colour

Select the cell.
Click on Format, Conditional formatting.
next to Cell Value is, click on the dropdown, and select Less than. In the
adjacent box insert a 0
click on Add
Select your font colour
Click on Add, change Between to greeater than, and repeat.
OK out
