I tried using the Data Validation in order to have the 'user' select from a
range of values. The list is in a hidden sheet within the worksheet. However, the problem is that when selecting the Source, it does not allow me to browse to another sheet. In order to work around this I do a bit of "copy and paste" to get the values of the reference sheet before copying to the 'Data Validation', however it is a bit cumbersome :) |

You need to define a NAME for the range and use that in the validation...
Navigation INSERT-Name-Define Enter the name in the topbox and range in the bottom and click ADD ------------------------------------- Pl. click ''''Yes'''' if this was helpful...
