I need to format or change the way my date values are entered in Excel.
Currently they are 4/9/2009 - I need them to be 04092009. I created a custom format however when I import them into Access still reads those at 04/09/2009. I need them to show up as 04092009 in the cell as well as in the formula bar. Even when I get the correct format and I do copy paste special values it appeared to divide them. |

If you are not doing math on the dates, then you can just enter a text string
representing your date, by preceeding the entry with an apostrophe, or formatting the cells as TEXT, then enter 04092009 and it will stay that way.....
