Default Freeze/split more than one row

Hello,
Is it possible to freeze or split more than one row that aren't adjacent?
I have a worksheet that has two sections, one AM and one PM, I want the AM
title row to be frozen and then further down in the worksheet I would like
the PM title row to be frozen, is this possible?
