Default Pivot tables - custom fields

Help !,

In an earlie version of Excel say NT, you could create custom fields ,how do
I create them in excel 2003 ? or have they got rid of this brilliant feature ?

On the PivotTable toolbar, choose PivotTableFormulasCalculated Field
