Default Presenting Excel charts

How many do you print per page? How many are there per department? What
parts of the process do you have to repeat if changes are needed?

Hi,

I have a load of excel charts that I have put together (approx 20 for
about
15 different departments). They are currently saved on a single worksheet
for each department (i.e. 15 different worksheets). I want to print the
graphs out in a format that is readable but I don't want it to be time
consuming as if anyone comes back with any changes I'll need to do it all
over again for everyone. I'm prepared to use graphs that are no longer
embedded as long as it is not time consuming to redo it if any changes
come
back.

When I currently print the graphs become very small on the page and I have
to mess about with the scale (fit to page etc.) which I can't afford to do
for every single graph & for each department.

Does anyone have an easier way of doing this?

Any help gratefully received!

R
