Default I keep getting ##### in a cell when I type in a dollar figure.

I delete the contecnts, but the cell shows ####, but the dollar figure shows
up in the prompt.

Make your column wider.

if you will double click on the right edge of the column that is giving you
trouble, it should expand to be large enough to show all the number.
