Default Blue "border" line

I have a sheet and column "X" has a solid Blue line on the right side and a
dashed blue line on the left side. It isn't a border - but I can't get rid
of it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,

It sounds like this is conditional formatting. Select the column then

Format|Conditional formatting - Delete
Check condition 1,2 & 3

OK
