Eg: If your range of values is A1:A7 then you could type the following
formula into a cell and press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to get the correct result.

=MIN(IF(A1:A71,A1:A7))

=MIN(IF(A1:A101,A1:A10))

which is an array formula, so commit with Ctrl-Shift-Enter
