Default insert word doc in cell

is it possible to insert a word document into a cell. I would like an icon
in the cell that i can click on to pull up the word document.

Instead of trying to embed the entire file, it might be better to just
hyperlink to it. See Insert-Hyperlink, or use the HYPERLINK function.
