Default Moving data in Red and Dark Blue text.

I have a spreadsheet consisting of several thousand lines of data between row
9 and row 9116.

Within Column I are monetory amounts in £ sterling.

If the amount is greater than £350 it is highlihghted in Red and the
breakdown below is highlighted in Dark Blue in units of £350.

For example.

If the amount is £691.60 the next row down will be £350.00 and the row after
that £341.60.

How do I cut and paste all the information in Red and Dark Blue text over to
a new worksheet in the same workbook?

Many thanks for all your help in advance.

Hi,

If I understand your question you want to copy based on cell color. Excel
does not have a command for this. You can use VBA to do it or possibly a
formula approach depending on exactly what you data looks like. You should
show us some data with entries you want to copy and some you don't. Also, in
your subject line you say red and blue text but in the post you say the cells
are highlighted in red or blue. So let us know which one and how is the text
being highlighted - manually or are you using conditional formatting?

Hi, it's the text that is red and dark blue.

Any amount exceeding £350 is in red and the breakdown is in dark blue
underneath.

If you could provide any help I'd be most grateful.

Many thanks.

Hi Shane,

If this makes it easier:

I need a macro that will cut and paste all values in dark blue and red text

over to a new worksheet in the workbook (or basically any text that is not
black).

The first row of data starts at row 9 and finishes at row 9116.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
