Default Excel 2003 opens then shuts down

I have a user that has excel 2003
He gets a file attachment
He opens it fine
Goes to close it
Comes up with the Windows experienced a fatal area and shut down excel,
click here to send a message to Micro$oft then opens a blank workbook
Every Single time he uses Excel

Anyone have any ideas?

Default Excel 2003 opens then shuts down

Have you tried either updating office on microsoftoffice.com or reinstalling
office? a key file may have been corrupted and may need to be replaced
