What does is mean when I see a "+" beginning a formula. =+j2-g4/(h4). What
does the "+" do? |

It does nothing. It means that the author of the formula has forgotten that

Absolutely nothing, now. It's a leftover from earlier programming languages
(or older programmers!) when you had to include the sign (such as in Lotus notes).
