Default Solver not found

I am currently trying to use solver on my computer. It is saying that
"Solver 32.dll is unavailable-- You will be able to edit and define Solver
models, but not actually solve them. To fix the please use Excel Setup to
reinstall solver."
Now i have already gone to the TOOLS and ADD-INS button and uninstalled and
reinstalled the solver, but it still wont work. Does anyone know what i need
to do in order for this to work again.

Somehow, Excel isn't seeing the dll it needs (when you use Tools Add-Ins,
you are only installing the xla file). Run Excel Setup (or Office Setup) and
follow the dialogs until you can check the Solver option.
