Default Button to send current excel workbook by email

Hello, I am trying to set up a button in my excel workbook to automatically
send by email to myself when someone completes it. I can set up a macro to
send by email as attachment, but it won't go any further to add my email
address. Is there a way to do this? Would appreciate any help. Thanks!!!

Everything you need to send emails from Excel can be found at Ron de Bruin's
site.

Note the SendMail add-in which makes it all easy without writing your own
code.
