Default Excel 2003 vertical scroll bar

Is there a way to reset the scroll bar on a worksheet?
For example, I originally had 5,000 rows of data in my worksheet. Now I
only have 200, but my scroll bar is still set to scroll 5,000 rows. How can
I reset the scroll bar to scroll to 200 rows?

I tried this out, but it still does not work for me. Any other thoughts or
workarounds?

Did you save the workbook after deleting unused rows and columns?

Also......delete...........do not just "clear contents".

Select all the rows beneath your current data.
Delete entire rows (Right click, delete)
Save workbook.
