Answer: copy formula - keep cell same but increment sheet numbers

Step 1: In cell C1, enter the following formula:

Formula:

=INDIRECT("'"&ROW()&"'!$AB$9")
Step 2: Now, to copy this formula down to cells C2 through C70, simply select cell C1 and drag the fill handle (the small square in the bottom-right corner of the cell) down to cell C70. Excel will automatically adjust the formula for each row, incrementing the sheet number accordingly.
