Can anyone tell me how to make each line less tall?
I have the character size set to 9 but want to make each line less tall, to fit more on a page. Thanks for any help. Larry |

Select the cell
Format|row|rowheight and type the size you want. You can also use the lines between the row numbers on the left hand side. Just click and drag where you want. (same with columnwidths) You can even double click on that line and have the row (or column) autofit. Longwell wrote: Can anyone tell me how to make each line less tall? Hi,
1. If your font size is 9 but you want the row height smaller then change the font size and best fit the rows. 2. If all you want to do is see more on screen then use the Zoom command, View, Zoom 3. If all you want to do is get more on a page at printout choose File, Page Setup, on the Page tab under Scalling change the Adjust to. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
