Default Explorer shortcut to specific Worksheet (tab)

Is there anyway that I can create a shortcut in Windows Explorer to an Excel
Workbook and have it open a specific tab rather than the first one?

The standard "Create Shortcut" interface doesn't like the square brackets in
that are generated within Excel
