At work we have shared folders. A bunch of people copy excel workbooks to
the folder and/or subfolders. At some point, a cd is burned with all of the files. The problem is the excel limit on filename lengths. I'd like to have some code that would give me the dialog box where you select a file. The code would list all of the workbooks in the folder and any subfolders including their entire pathname and also the length of the filename. (It would be nice if the length could appear highlighted if it exceeded the excel limit). Thanks for any help. |
