I am building an attendance database using columns A-N. Very standard
Name(A), 12 months(B-M), and a Total(N) columns. I am using a COUNTIF formula to count X's marked for a month attended. What I want to do is everytime a new name is added to the sheet(ie A5) the corresponding total columns(N5) formula =COUNTIF(B5:M5,"X") will appear for that cell(N5) and so on. Can this be done? |
