Count how many occurrences

Afternoon from Sunny RSA,

I have a list with two columns A & B:
A B
BFN Rigid 09R08
SBG Rigid 07R04
BFN Rigid 07R01
OIX Rigid 06R04

Now I want a list to show how many rigids per site
Example
BFN = 2
SBG = 1
OIX = 1

No array formulas please.
