Hi,
In Excel 2007 copy the entire range to the new spreadsheet and then choose the Data, Remove Duplicates command. Actually we need more info - you say pull duplicate data from "a" cell? So one cell has "abd abd rrt" and you want to put the abd abd part in another spreadsheet? -- If this helps, please click the Yes button.
