"this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on
I'm having difficulty getting hyperlinks to work in Excel (office 2003 - SP3)
and the following error message pops up: "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer" Anyone have any thoughts? (xpPro SP3) |
