Is there any way of finding out the mb size of individual sheets within a
workbook. I can only view the size of the file as a whole by going to File
and then Properties and General

No better than an estimate...

Make a copy of your workbook.
open that copy
delete a worksheet
save that copy
compare the size of the original workbook with that copy.

Repeat as necessary.
